The state of being attached to God is called devekut. Devekut is the process of merging with the Divine, going beyond yourself and your self-imposed boundaries. Devekut is an intimacy in which all thoughts and ideas are transparent between you and God. It is seeing God through the same eyes that God sees you through. (Creativity, p. 285)
