A new monthly program facilitated by Rabbi Deb Smith, Rosh Chodesh will meet every 3rd Tuesday of the month.
Although Rosh Chodesh is typically known as a women’s holiday, this monthly program is NOT just for women. Come every month or come when you can!
Join us each month to honor and celebrate the new moon and each new Jewish month. We will learn about the unique significance of each month in the Jewish yearly cycle and study a different historical “woman of the month” and her impact on the path of Jewish history. This will be accompanied by stimulating text study about the month, followed by questions for group conversation and discussion. This is an interactive monthly program and all are welcome to participate.
